Roofing Superintendent

Reports to: Owner

Green Bay Roofing is seeking a full-time project coordinator to support commercial and residential roofing projects located around Northern Wisconsin. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to represent Green Bay Roofing with pride and professionalism. We are a fast growing, family-owned, business and are looking for individuals that excel in fast growth environments.

Duties

• Coordinate materials for multiple, simultaneous, residential projects.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide crews with additional materials needed during the project.
• Communicate progress with the office manager.
• Communicate with the customer about project timing and changes.
• Document project details after completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
• Adequate writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
